It all started in 6th Form. I wrote poems to pass my course and they bled with beautiful but painful questions, the more I would lean into them the more enchanted I became by writing. How it does not steal time. How I can fall into the moment and then place it in the deepest corners of my imagination to create it again between my pen and pillow.
Now I am a Philosophy graduate. I teach children during the day, clumsily navigating the worlds of work and finance. I write to create the life I dream of, to share the journey and not just the success. And at night when words wrap themselves around the images in my mind I come here. Welcome to my closet.
